Question: What Finish materials are included in your prices?
Answer: See our Finish Materials Pamphlet below. This is our "base package"; all materials can be customized as desired.

Question: Do you only work with the ADU models you showcase?
Answer: NO, we are glad to create a custom floorplan and ADU model specific to your lot.
The cost of a unique floor plan vs one of our existing floor plans is $1000 for design with up to 4 revisions.
Question: Will I need solar?
Answer: Not always. We have found that if the ADU is less than 640 sqft, you can likely avoid the solar requirement.
Question: What do your prices include?
Answer: Our posted prices are an estimate for the construction of the ADU, this includes appliances, sewer, water, and electrical existing utility connections.
Permit fees, Solar when required(call for more info), panel upgrades when required, septics if required, and driveway repairs(for sewer connections) are generally not included
Question: How long does it take to build the ADU?
Answer: It takes us 3 months on average to build an ADU. With a current record of sub 2 months on a 749 sqft unit!
Permits are the bottleneck in most building jurisdictions. Ranging from 60 days in places such as Elk Grove, and up to 5-6 months in other cities, we won't be naming names...
We generally start within 2-3 weeks of permit issuance.
Question: Do your prices include design and engineering?
Answer: Yes! Our posted prices include architectural plans and engineering with up to 3 moderate revisions included.
Question: Are you licensed and Insured?
Answer: Yes! We are fully licensed and insured, including general liability and workmen's compensation.
