Look no further! Below we have a step by step chart to showcase the whole process.

Onsite Viewing

Once we get the call that you want to build an ADU. We drive to the site to take measurements and start constructing a proposal.

You review the project proposal, plans and pricing, and sign the agreement to move forward.

Once the proposal is approved, we start working on the design and engineering to move your project along.

We prepare and submit all required plans and documents to obtain all of the necessary building permits.

During the project, we communicate everything we do, as well as give weekly updates until the project is finished.

Although we don't provide financing options ourselves, we are partnered with Tri-County Banks and RenoFi.
